New car buyers who would like to do some comparison shopping in the comfort of their homes -- and avoid the possibility of high-pressure sales tactics at the dealership -- may be drawn to GM's new approach: selling on eBay. The automaker is launching a program involving 225 California dealers this week, and there are hints it could go nationwide if successful.
