Well, that's the theory. In practice, the Nikon Coolpix P90 doesn't quite live up to expectations. It boasts one of the in-vogue 24x stalker-zoom lenses and Nikon beefed up the performance from its sluggish predecessor, the P80. But the photo quality disappoints.

Just purchased a Canon HF20 camcorder and am in the market to upgrade my desktop. Would love to hear recommendations on what I should look for in my next PC.
