HP just opened up its new Printer Application Studio to coincide with the forthcoming release of the HP Photosmart Premium with TouchSmart Web slated for a release at the end of this month.

The Deltacloud project aims to provide a 'cloud broker' API that will allow applications, scripts, and tools to be created once and then used across public and private clouds.
