Public figures like Sarah Palin face pretty steep odds of winning libel cases against bloggers, as the law requires proof that any false or damaging statements were made with deliberate malice. That didn't stop Palin from huffing and puffing and threatening to sue Alaskan blogger Shannyn Moore for defamation. "One would expect a politician to have a thicker skin," said attorney Charles Johnson.
